Shipping policy
Please allow up to 1 week for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship all orders via UPS, with both standard and expedited shipping options available. Estimated transit times typically range from 2–5 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping timelines will vary based on the service selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
While we take great care in packaging orders, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist where we can throughout the process.
